Yarddy privacy
Privacy Policy
Effective August 26, 2026. This policy explains what information the current operator of the independently operated Yarddy service handles, why it is used, when it is disclosed, how retention is determined, and the choices available to users. Yarddy is a service and brand name, not a representation that a limited liability company exists.
Notice at Collection
Depending on the feature, Yarddy may process account identifiers, listing photos and details, messages and reports, optional precise location, manually selected cities, payment records, device and service activity, and communication or cookie preferences. Complete payment-card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored by Yarddy.
Purpose and disclosure
Information supports authentication, nearby discovery, listing management, messaging, payments, reporting, safety, support, service reliability, legal compliance, and optional analytics or advertising where the required choice has been provided. Exact listing addresses and precise device location are not disclosed for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your privacy choices
Users can change location permission, communication preferences, and optional analytics or advertising choices. Yarddy recognizes supported Global Privacy Control signals for advertising sharing. Privacy requests can be sent to support@yarddy.com.
