Terms of Service
Effective August 26, 2026. These terms describe the responsibilities that apply when adults browse, publish, promote, message, report, or respond to local listings through the independently operated Yarddy service. Yarddy is a service and brand name, not a representation that a limited liability company exists.
Accounts and listings
Account-based features are for users age 18 or older. Users are responsible for accurate account and listing information, lawful content, safe activity, and reviewing AI-generated suggestions before publishing. Listings may not be fraudulent, misleading, abusive, infringing, unsafe, or designed to interfere with the service.
Local transactions and safety
Yarddy helps people discover and coordinate local sales but does not own the listed goods or guarantee transactions between users. Buyers and sellers remain responsible for evaluating listings, choosing safe meeting arrangements, and following applicable laws.
Payments and optional promotion
Optional Fast Sale promotions are processed through a third-party payment provider and apply to the eligible listing selected during checkout. Current price and duration are shown before purchase. Promotion may improve eligible visibility but does not guarantee ranking, views, messages, attendance, or a sale.
Address privacy
Public visitors receive an approximate area. Exact location information may be limited to the listing owner or eligible signed-in users who confirm their intent to attend, subject to the seller’s settings and feature availability.
